The sign on the Gannett Hardware (not Gallows Bay Hardware) door says " Going Out of Business - 30% Off Cash Only". Can Schooner Bay Market be the next to have a similar sign? If Schooner Bay Market can't afford to pay thier WAPA bill now, how long can they exist running the generator? I hope the fuel delivery company is only accepting cash!
