I haven't heard anything, but, if Beeston Hill closes, so does Red Couch & the downstairs Dr. office. What a mess that would be.

I asked my friend Doug about this "rumor"....his response:

We are the owners of the Beeston Hill Fitness Center and the Rehab Center @
Beeston Hill and no one told us about our impending demise. We've been here
for 25 years and have no plans of closing. Tamla and the Red Couch Café have
nothing to worry about.

Thanks for clearing that up, Beeski. I work out regularly at Beeston, and it would be a big hardship for me if they were to close.

I'm pretty sure that not a soul involved with any part of Beason Hill had any thought there even was a rumor about them closing.

I just heard Kmart, Home Depot and Plaza are all closing. /starts rumor

corporate policy at HD is to let a store go for 3 years before they evaluate...so hopefully we have another year to go at minimum. Understand they were never expecting stx to be a big profit store, but I'm sure their numbers have dropped since the hovensa change.

I think Jamison is just playing; not to be taking seriously.

How come no one starts a rumor that WAPA is leaving?

I heard WAPA is finally closing, not enough businesses remaining open to absorb the high cost of energy.

Imma start a new company that does clean ups for pieces of the sky that have fallen into your yard. Chicken Little for you I'll call it.
