re-installed? in christiansted? do you mean those two sets where people wait for the boat charters?

Yes, sir, the ones pictured on the webcam. A lot more seems to go on there than people waiting specifically for the boats. There's a homeless guy who hangs out and people pass by on their way to somewhere else. Right now the waiters sit on the low wall or stand around. The homeless man sits on the wall but would often use the benches.

keith, he is the white homeless guy. always wants a quarter . i thought i didnt see them the other day
