Moving to St-John by boat, restriction for books on board to carry... Is there a book exchange or public library in St-John. Also still need a cell-phone, is it the best way to go with...phone on the Go... My last stay was in 99 for 2 years and i do believe things change and friends moving around...Thank you for you respond..
