I know this is a USVI site, but thought someone might be able to help me regarding the BVI's.
I have a British passport and currently live in NY. Anyone know what the deal is regarding immigration and work visas for the BVI's. Does having a British passoprt allow you to live and work in the BVI's or do I need some sort of BVI work visa?

Jon,
It is my understanding that as a British citizen you are entitled to live and work in the BVI. That said, employment is not what anyone would term abundant and preference is always given to current residents. You might want to bring this question to the BVI area of the traveltalkonline.com website. There are lots of BVI residents who frequent that board and could probably help.
