I was down earlier for several hours but everything seems back to normal at this time. Hopefully it stays that way as was down a couple days ago overnight and thru the morning.

Try re-booting the router and POE for the BB radio

It wasn't that. I always reboot everything as well as restart my computer when the internet goes down but it was a BBVI issue.
They were having some problems with the MT. Top site a couple days ago as well.

Thanks.
I was trying to get some last min Halloween ideas last night & ended up using phone/4g instead.

Yea I have choice and lately my modem is been kinda crappy. I am going to take it down tomorrow but if they want to charge me I was thinking about going to BBVI. I have seen several threads now where service is out for hours... how often does this happen on Northisde STT? I am a web and graphic designer so it is absolutely imperative for me to have constant service. When choice goes down its a simple reboot and back up in 5.

Also do you guys know if you move to do you have to re-pay the $200 deposit again at the new place?

Since you rent you need to ask landlord as BBVI must drill thru a wall for installation.
I am very happy with BBVI tho it does go down on occassion but service has been so much better (and speed) than my last yr. dealing with Choice which basically forced me to switch with all the myrid problems I was having with them.
