Broadband VI Issues Today-STX?

The overall experience I have had with BBVI has been great, unlike my experiences with Choice the last couples of years I had to deal with them. I am so much happier and less stressed with BBVI. If there is a problem, they really are on it and, overall, I find them extremely responsive if there are any problems with my service, unlike Choice who drove me insane with their poor service and billing system.
Thank You, Beeski and everyone at BBVI who works so hard to deliver the service we pay for. I am so happy I switched to BBVI!

I echo these sentiments. BBVI just installed some upgraded equipment this morning. That, coupled with Beeski's settings adjustment, and my speed is really good. Thanks guys!

I am still having AWFUL service and have tried calling with no luck, answers or call backs! I am on the east end near cheeseburgers and the service it TERRIBLE!!! Anyone know who I can contact directly so I can talk with someone about it.

Thanks but I have done all the above with no call backs or anything. I am just feeding off the server where you pay 60 bucks a month and I am not on a contract. Maybe I was thinking someone will see this and be like oh I will go check on that area 🙂 not the biggest deal but my boyfriend has dengue currently and was trying to Netflix something for him as he is miserable and has been the last 5 days!

I also live above Cheeseburgers and I am having no issues. About 2 months ago we had no internet and called Broadband VI they came the next day and replaced a few parts and we had perfect connection.

Is that Green Key's repeater too? As I said, we are 100% up off of it and watch Netflix all of the time. I can't understand how if the radio is working that is possible. Are you sure this is VI Broadband ? Why not PM their rep here........who seems to be trying to get in contact with anyone with a problem.....

Its a small hotspot we put up for the folks near Cheeseburgers to check email and browse the web....its not designed for streaming Netflix. Customer that want a "real" connection for streaming they need to sign up for an installation of one of our radios.

I figured it had tot be something like that. Like I said....top 5 companies on STX...... and after many years I've learned that you have to openly appreciate what works well here !!!!! Thanks for the info !
