Hello everyone - I live up in the Concordia East area and for the last two weeks have been experiencing crazy swings in in my internet speeds. I pay for the 99.95 plan with broadband VI. This morning, just now, ping speeds as fast as 6ms; download of 6.83 and upload of .93. Yesterday between 4-5pm, I was seeing as fast as 14ms ping; 2.07 download; 1.04 upload to as slow as 158ms ping; .66 download and .08 upload in a matter of minutes. It seems consistently happening around this time of day. Basically everything I do screeches to a halt, I'm getting bounced out of video conferences, if I can even connect. I have a call in to broadband VI to triage, but I haven't heard back from them yet. It would be good to know ahead of time what I should expect in regards to speeds and consistency before I talk with them. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

i have been noticing a lot of buffering when playing netflix, not normally like this

I live across the way from you in Rattan.
I've also experienced the same erratic service lately.
Hasn't been like this before.
They say they are making changes but the change has been for the worse.
This morning, seem a little better.

Call BBVI and report the problem.
