Is this company still in business? I filled out their form for an install and service then waited two weeks, emailed them to ask about an install date and never heard back? Bueller? Bueller? Bueller?

We use them and I'm still on-line, so I assume they're still operating. Did you call?

What is your name?
Who did you email?
You can always call 719-2943 for help...or Private Message me and I'll let you know if we received your sign-up.

I will apologize in advance....we are having our best month ever....so we're a little backed up on new installations.

We use them and I can tell you that their customer service is the best of any I've received from a service provider on island and way better than the service I get from AT&T and Time Warner cable back on the mainland.

Give Ebony a call at 774-5780. She'll get the crew up and running.

I sent in a request Wed and they are doing the install today; I have over 20 accounts with them and never have had a problem.
Their customer service is the best.

I used them in the past, but no more. Both times I called BBVI for tech support that Mike Malofsky guy screamed at me over the phone and was very unprofessional. I now have a mobile Sprint card, which isn't as fast but, compared to stateside speeds/prices BB's basic package speed isn't very fast to begin with. The Sprint card works also works island-wide, whereas, BBVI's hotspot system is still hit or miss, and I need to be mobile.

There's not much to pick from down here, though, and BBVI seems to be the least awful of the options.
