We spoke with a builder on STX by the name of Peter Sites. Does anyone have info or comments? He was working on STT before coming over to STX Thanks, C

He's a good guy. We spend quite a bit of time with him and his girlfriend. They're both very decent and likable people. We were introduced through a mutual friend in Florida who vouches for him with rave reviews. Peter's been in the islands most of the past 30 years running various kinds of businesses and racing sailboats. You can view the house he's building with the thermasteel panels on Lot 228 in Judith's Fancy.

Alexandra forgot to mention that Peter Sites is a realtor with REMAX st croix, I have met him and he seems to be one of the good guys.

Thank you both for your input. I think we are going to try to get down to STX to check out the Judith Fancy house.
In the meantime he's doing a very preliminary quote for us. Thanks again.

Peter has his temporary license through Re/Max. He's told me he doesn't really want to work as a Realtor, but since he builds houses and will list them for sale, it just made sense to be licensed as a Realtor and able to save at least half the commission. Also any lots he buys to build on he gets to pocket half the commission. It does make sense.
