I have plans to start building a small home on St. John this fall. Does anyone have a suggestion as to where I should by a Builder's Risk policy during construction? I will have a construction manager who will be hiring subcontractors to do the work. How do Worker's Compensation policies work in the USVI. What do I need to do?
