hi everyone!

could anyone answer this crucial question: what is the going rate for studio and one-bedroom apts. on STJ? i hear so much about the astronomical rents there, but what kinds of apts. are asking those prices? can someone give me a ballpark figure? i'd like to know in advance before i go down in april to apt. hunt.

thanks

at least 1,000......... I just moved here and I'm paying 800 bucks to share a two bedroom with three people (they extended the patio to make another room). This includes all the utilities. But beware, people will screw you over and over price places just because the demand is so high. So just beware and be ready to spend money, a lot of it.
