Radiologist/Midwife positions?

I'll be arriving Sunday to STT and have job appointments set for myself but am interested in taking back any information out there on the above positions for friends of mine, also interested in relocating to paradise. It's a husband and wife team and they have a sailboat just yearning for warmer waters (currently drydocked in Boston under lots of snow!). I'll be staying in an apartment next to Island Paul and am looking forward to meeting as many regulars as I can whilst on island. Leaving tomorrow evening to catch a Saturday jet to paradise so let me know tomorrow, or leave word with IP...

For those 'logistic folk' out there, I couldn't make connections to arrive in STT on Saturday, so am spending the night in SJU and flying 'seaborne' on Sunday...

Can't believe I'm doing this (and neither can the sane people in my life).

Look forward to seeing y'all...(have aliens will travel)
John

ps,
Radiologist turned in his notice yesterday at hospital and midwife plans on closing practice in April so they're "actively looking"...

Dr. is a Radiologist and his wife a midwife....not sure if you all noticed that from the title of this post.

I would be happy to get, via e-mail if you want, or post on the board, any replies to this post (I check the board several times throughout the day), and John will see them this next week while here.

Hello,

There is only one Radiology center on St. Thomas that I know of; St. Thomas Radiology Associates. They were in the VI Medical Building behind the hospital last time I checked. You might contact them. Find out what the licensing procedures are for your friend via the Commission of Health's Office 774-0117.
