Catherine's Hope break-ins

Here's an e-mail that my friend who lives in Catherine's Hope received late yesterday evening:

Neighbors,

Burglars broke into at least two houses in Catherine's Hope this morning. In two neighboring houses, the burglars broke in through louvered windows.

The first house had some items taken. At the second house, the burglars set off the burglar alarm and left without taking anything. It is possible other houses in the neighborhood were broken into. If you or someone you know is away from home, it may be a good idea to have someone check the house for signs of a break-in.
