CCW Permit

I tried looking through the message board archives to find a topic similar to this one but was unable to find one.

What is the process for getting a CCW permit on st Thomas? Is there a gun range on st Thomas? My gf had a CCW back in Michigan and she wants information. She always carried whenever she was in the Detroit area because it made her feel more comfortable. She has told me on several occasions that she would feel more comfortable in some areas of st Thomas if she was able to carry.
