You might check with Mary Ann that works at N2 the Blue on Tuesdays and Fridays. Last I heard she was waiting to go to work at Carambola once they reopened their salon.
She has a license in the US and was trying in vain to get her USVI license. Without it she can work under someone else. She keeps getting the run-a-round on her license. Oh you also need this form, type of thing.
