Has anyone out there experienced problems with their internet reception on Choice in STX? Mine goes in and out constantly and is so slow during the evening hours. I guess they have too many customers!

we dont use choice but i feel bad for you for your problem. we use broadband and generally dont have that many issues.

We have the same problem on STT.
Ours goes out for days at a time.

I wish I could be more helpful...we gave up on Choice a loooong time age.

I gave up on Choice a couple of years ago, as well. Went with Innovative DSL for a while, but too much static on the line. I have Broadband VI now. It goes out occasionally, but not bad. Pretty sure it's the best option on island, at least on STX.

Even mine goes out constantly. Very irritating when you shell out $49.99 pm for such poor service. When contacted Choice STX asks me "Is there any problem? We are not aware of any". Do we have any other choice other than putting up with such nonsense? We are forced to choose between the frying pan and the fire!

I think we are getting the verbal equivalent of a form letter from Choice's Customer Service!!!! I have heard that things are going to get better before long but nobody can tell us about it.....YET! Let's hope that is true.
