Well, I'm not a full time resident but have been a snowbird for 6 years from Western Kentucky. I'd love to help in any way I can. Feel free to PM me.

Not a "snowbird" per se, as we live primarily in central Kentucky, but we have visited STX many times. Hopefully many times to come as we truly love the place, warts and all.

I always thought most people in Colorado were there because they loved the snow and winter sports.

Maybe Linda J will still be on here. They are from Louiville and lived on STX for 6 or so years before family issues forced them to leave
