I've been visiting the board for several months but have only been reading quietly from the sidelines. The board has been tremendously helpful in our move to STX thus far and I was wondering if I might be able to pick a few brains... I'm looking to rent/lease a commercial kitchen. Does anyone know of any facilities available for lease or know of someone who would be interested in sharing a lease? Any info or leads would be greatly appreciated as I've recently hit a few bumps in the road. Thanks so much!

I'm on STT not STX but are you looking to maybe get into a catering rather than a restaurant business?
I can't give you any direct help and I'm not sure exactly what you're looking to do with a commercial kitchen which it seems rather improbable would even exist. However, if you'd like to PM me me, tell me what you're thinking of doing and tell me about those bumps in the road, I might just be able to offer some sage advice! All the best.

I am on STX. I don't know of any catering business that might work out of a kitchen not associated with a restaurant. You might try to get in touch with the St Croix Hotel and Tourism Association - 340-773-7117.
