I mostly shop at Seaside but pick up a few things at Plaza Extra. I've been told I should go to Quality because they have the fresh stuff a day or so before Seaside. Is that accurate?

Quality in Castle Coakley is a distributor that has an added grocery department. I get much of my grass fed meats there and organic things I can't find at the local farmer's market on Saturday. Good selection of seafood as well. I enjoy SeaSide on occasion, I find them much more expensive and way too crowded during season to even bother trying to find a parking space. Quality, for me, is worth the weekly trip.

Food Town is OK, they have a nice deli (when it's not emptied out waiting on delivery) Prices are a little higher than others in general.
