Hi everyone -

I've got a job oppty on St. Thomas and my son will be 17 and a Junior in high school. It looks like St. Croix has a good swim team and my son loves to swim competitively, but I've been coming up blank looking for a good fit on St. Thomas. Does anyone have suggestions as to how he can continue to train on STT or on STJ? We'll actually be living on St. John, but he'll probably go to school at Antilles or potentially even home school. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

There is only one Olympic pool on St Thomas, and none on St John. I can't find a phone number for the swimming association, but you might ask at Antilles.

Didn't Tim Duncan swim around in the ocean to train after a hurricane (Hugo?) took out all the swimming pools in STX?

Thanks everyone - My son got in touch with Brian Cameron, the head coach for the St. Thomas Stingrays this week!
