...and I use the term "computer geek" with the utmost respect.
I have two dell PCs running Windows XP Home. The desktop suffered in the move and won't boot. The laptop is running slow, needs more RAM, and is having other new problems since I installed McAfee's security software yesterday.
I prefer to have someone come out to my home rather than taking the computers somewhere. I'd like to watch and learn and the cleanup and repairs take place.
