Hi All

I will be on island the first week of July ( the 3rd thru the 10Th) looking at a condo for purchase and need the name of a reputable home (condo ) inspector. I know it being carnival week the chances getting it done in that time frame are slim to none but I would like to be able to set it up if possible. Can anyone help with the name of a good inspector???? All help would be appreciated
Thanks

You might try one on STT to travel to St. John. Perhaps try Home Inspection 776-7171

The Home Inspector is off island. Kevin Quick does it but I believe he is off island as well. Udo Penther did a condo inspection for me yesterday and buyer was satisfied.

I would second the recommendation of Kevin Quick. He's great; very responsive, very thorough, and like his name, was very quick in providing the report.

Kevin Quick is off island won't be back until the end of month. If you want Udo Panther you had best call soon he's going off island soon.

Don't wait until you get here. Call now. http://www.viphonebook.com
Didn't you notice? There seems to be only one inspector on island, at this time.
