Construction Industry Employment

I am looking for employment in the construction industry on St. Thomas. I have 14 years experience executive level administration in architecture and most recently with a general contractor in Chicago. I have contacted the AIA to find AIA affiliated architects, but I am looking for suggestions of reputable firms including general contractors and engineers as well. Any suggestions?

Also, I know that I should likely expect a pretty big drop in salary compared to Chicago. What should range is likely?
