We moved here doing everything Old Tart said not to do. LOL... It's worked out one way or another. What ever you don't work with Coral Beach Reality. They will leave you hanging and broke. Run, Run, Run far away if you see Coral Beach Reality.

Heck, I laughed because it reminded me of me in high school. Got that word wrong on a spelling test and my mom was a realtor at the time. Brought back memories

If you feel that you have been dealt with unfairly, you can make a complaint VITAR/ VI Terr. Association of Realtors or STTBOR/St. Thomas Board of Realtors.

Thank you! Guess I wasn't real specific. This is on St. Croix. We have actually arranged an agreement with the home owners and things are looking up for my wife and I. I'm hoping word traveling by mouth will be enough to disrupt their business practices and change how they treat people.

If you have a legitimate complaint it is best to report it and have their STX board or VITAR look into it so it does not continue to happen to anyone else. Posting on a forum is not going to affect their business.
