just FYI - road tax is only paid once on a vehicle.

Also if you ship it from FL it will only be 800 to 1000. Usually by the time you bring in a American made car it will end up costing you about 2k to 2500 to ship, taxes & insurance from FL.

Thanks for the heads up on the road tax but I already knew that. But does it transfer from one car to another? As far as shipping form N.J. it's $1800.00 by sea. Thanks

Highlander, road tax is paid one time per vehicle when it hits the VI.
