anyone know of a decent jeep mechanic on stx??? have an 86 cj 7 that needs some minor attention, possible new cap and rotor, valvecover, valvecover gasket and, blow out the idle circuit on the carbs????? please no more shadetree b.s. if the car is not properly fixed when it is returned i will not pay a dime. i do not care how many more parts it needs if it is not running right there will not be payment.

Marvelous Auto Repair (Marvin Short) on Midland Road is the best mechanic on the island as far as I'm concerned . He & his staff can fix just about any kind of car/jeep, etc. . He's fair, knowledgeable, and backs up his work. His labor rate is $75/hr. Phone # is 340-719-7551

I agree with Jumbie. Marvin is about as good as it gets on this island. I have also used Jeff at Jeff & Terry's. He is also capable and honest.

Hi Joey,
We take my Jeep to Jeff and Terry in Orange Grove, across from the courthouse. It hasn't needed anything too major, but they have always been fast, fair and did a good job, with the Jeep and G's truck.
