Looking for va mortgage lenders on Saint Croix, or stateside lenders for VA mortgages on st croix.

I believe there are only three major banking institutions here so it shouldn't be difficult to find the information. You can find contact information for Banco Popular, Scotiabank and First Bank in the VI 'phone book at http://www.viphonebook.com

I had a buyer get his VA loan through Bryce McLaughlin at First Liberty a few years ago. They probably still handle VA loans and should know who else does if they do not.

I have the handout from Virgin Island Housing Finance Authority for Veteran Loan Program, no banks named specifically, however. the brochure has the following information:
Home'land Mortage program for Virgin Island Veterans
entitle veteran to 25% discount on VIHFA application
fixed rate that is 3.00 below the Federal Prime rate
And alot more information.

The information talks about applying and getting pre-qualified.
