I need to get a rules of the road book to study before I take the DM exam.
How can I get a copy of this. I need a moving guide.

Hello Tina,
The road rules book can be gotten at DMV (if they have any in stock, I think its $2, if they don't have any they give it to you to study from right before the test.)
If you mean a print moving guide you should get the Settlers Handbook; at the top of this page there is a picture and link to it for more information.
