Instructions: With the anticipated increase in pedestrian traffic, the Office of the Governor and the Department of Tourism encourage motorists to be extremely careful as our guests shop downtown and visit our historical sites during their visit to the Virgin Islands.
Looks like a great day...............to stay home!
Meanwhile, on the redheaded stepchild island of St Croix, ZERO cruise ship passengers are expected today.
Description: Motorists are advised to be extremely careful as the numerous craters in the road threaten to rip the axles from your vehicles.
