Does anyone have any information they can share about getting a DUI in ST Thomas? A friend of mine has received one after a traffic accident and other than a ticket citing driving right of center he has nothing else on paper, never took a Breathalyzer, field sobriety check or blood work from hospital, to which he did go to be checked out before being booked for the night in jail and than released on his own bail money. And they kept his license. Anyone care to share there experience or knowledge of what happens next and if he needs to contact a lawyer or just go to court to protest it.

I don't know if he does DUI's but he's an excellent attorney (IMO for what I've used him for) but A.J. Weiss. 777-3011
