[Sorry if this is a repeat--my first post seems to have disappeared into the ether.]
Anybody got an e-mail address for Marilyn over at Appliances Plus EXPO in Ft Mylner? I love the service, both for purchases (nice selection of middle and high end stuff) and for repairs (skillfully and promptly done), and I recommend them, but I really dislike getting calls months after a service call from clerks saying "we couldn't get through to you by phone" about outstanding bills. We leave a credit card on file that we expect to be charged at the time of service, and moreover, I have NEVER missed a call from anyone who thinks I owe them money (People who think you owe them are usually pretty adept at leaving messages).
Anyway, I'm hoping that e-mail follow up might be better than leaving word with reception and may cut down on the inevitable phone tag.
