Does the dump there by the fire station still accept brush and cuttings? Is there a limit on how much?

Thanks,
PT

You could probably get away with a few. You are supposed to bring them to the landfill over by the airport

If they catch you it's a thousand dollar fine.

And you must cover the clippings with a tarp or there is a fine.

Thanks all for the warnings - think I'll rent a dumpster instead.

Why are those dumpsters still there; most all others have been removed from the more residential areas.

Waste management is said to have plans to remodel the CV bin site to deal with the planned waste to energy plant. The Bin site in Peter's Rest is supposed to be the model, but as all things VI it is built , sitting empty with weeds growing. The model is to separate glass, cans, and other recyclables in bins. Waste Management is inept. It does little but react to crisis with half hearted responses.

I agree Bombi, seems to be the same with all Gov't agencies in the VI

Has anyone noticed how the "no dumping" sign on the CV is already almost completely overgrown already?
