anyone have any suggestions for a good place for brunch, a buffet or dinner on Easter Sunday? We used to go to Carambola for their buffet, but they have gotten really expensive, so I'm thinking we would like someplace else...for family including young children...suggestions?

Palms Hotel will probably have something for less than Carambola.

Is it (Palms) any good these days? We stopped going there a few years ago after several lousy dinners, and haven't been back since. No idea who was running kitchen, or who might be now. Location is great if food is good again.

I think in general the food is good, a lot of people go there including locals. I'm not a huge fan of the Caribbean night buffet though, at least not for the price. I guess if you factor in the entertainment it's OK. You can read the latest reviews on TA.

Rumor has it that The Palms at Pelican Cove has been or is in the process of being sold.

I would imagine most restaurants, beach bars and hotel resorts will have Easter dinner or brunch specials.

Well if it's any indication it's no longer on the MLS as of a few weeks ago. Was listed for a long time.
