On the latest episode tonight where is the third complex? I thought I knew all the condos on the island.
Recognized Coakley and the Reef but not the third.

I didn't catch when they showed the location on the map, but it looked like it might have been at Maison de Poincy. I remember a unit that was for sale on MLS that looked kinda like the one on the tv show last night. It was bigger than the other units there and the flooring is what made me remember the unit I had seen on MLS. You could always contact Chris Hanley also, to be sure.

The TV map showed the location in the East End, kinda in the area where VM would be I think. But the maps have been sometimes grossly incorrect in the past.

Yes, their maps are usually way off, and if you pay close attention, they sometimes even through in snippets of islands other than the one the show is supposed to be focused on.
Overall though, I think Chris Hanley has done more for St. Croix than the USVI Department of Tourism.

I believe it was MLS 15-1576, listed by Farchette + Hanley, located in Beeston Hill (Maison de Poincy)

I can't save an MLS search but go to MLS Farchette + Hanley

That's definitely it. Just looked through the pictures on the MLS with the DVR playing. Looks like it's been on the market since 2015 and the only one there that's still listed.

I was wrong about the map,Garden Retreat was shown correctly at Beeston Hill, it was the other two that were on East end.
