Are there any electrocardiograph techs out there? does anybody know what they are being paid? .As phlebotomy dosen't pay that well. even though people on the main land call us "vampires ".I'm also a" ECG" TECH. thanks for all imputs.

y hubbie (what a fount of info) said unfortunately ECG Techs are fairly low on the totem pole in the VI and hence paid dirt, or dirt and 2 bits.

Barbie: Have you spoken to the HR department at RLS Hospital? They do have ECG techs. In looking at the salaries that were published in the 9/27/06 Virgin Islands Daily News (you and others might want to see if they are on line) I see one of the techs gets $36,000. Our one and only cardiologist, Dr Flood is wonderful.

thank you eastender, now we are talking, that's what i'm talking about, some body called me earlier today and told me they get something like 30,000 or more , i sent in my resume already so we should be talking money soon.thank again.THAT'S POSSITIVE.
