Hi,
My employer is relocating to St. Thomas in order to take advantage of the EDC. Is this deal for real, where your busines does not have to pay taxes? What is the real deal?

Islander will know the exact website, I'm sure. For now do a web search on Economic Development Commission USVI. There is an official website with all this info on it.

Hello,
Yes EDC offers tax benefits to businesses; there are qualifications to receive benefits.
Search this board for EDC using the search feature at the top of the messages - there are a few recent threads about rules, how its working ect.
