Just out of curiosity...what are the prospects of employment for someone who has 5 years in real estate and another person who has 14 years in retail management and a certified scuba diver?

Hello Michael,
Definately oppurtunities in real estate here, lots of retail stores and there are several dive shops. Start researching each option some more ;).
