Do farmers markets exist on any of the three islands?

St Thomas has the Bordeaux Market on the last Sunday of every month.

There are also Agricultural Fairs on St Thomas and St Croix that are pretty well attended where you can also make connections with people for specifics (e.g. fresh chickens or eggs).

Fresh produce, plants, fruit etc at Kings Hill ( center island) every Saturday I believe - perhaps someone else on StX can fill in on specifics

On STX, there's a farmers market every Saturday roughly 6am to Noon at the LaReine intersection (Rt 75/Northside Rd and Rt 70/Centerline). There are yellow stalls across Rt 75 from Pueblo. They sell fresh fruit, vegetables, potted plants, herbs, homemade hot sauces, and sometimes baked goods.

Next door, to the west, is a fish market, open daily all day, but Saturday mornings are the best time to go.

These are both open air markets. You'll find local produce and fish that you don't normally find at the supermarkets. But you won't find bargains here, just more possible variety and fresher stuff.
