finding a place

would someone tell us the best way to go about finding a place to rent long term in the usvi?

I'd be happy to. Fly down and after you get here start to look for permanent accomodations. Plan to stay at a hotel or B&B for a week or two until you find something. There really is no other way. DO NOT commit to any thing, sign anything, or put down $$ you can't get back without seeing the house/apartment/condo.

I am looking to retire from the Army, I would like to live in the Islands after words, my background is in the food service area, my questions are what are the housing prices and second jobs for Pastry chefs?
