Thread didnt really answer my question. I'm wondering if there is a written test or anything like that, or if it is just a stool sample.

No written test - stool sample and they check your blood pressure and supposedely there is a video playing to watch these days -- be aware you must present an original Social Security card - that was a surprise to me this year but having lived here a long time I usually have mine with my ID.

It does make me laugh that it doesn't matter in the VIs if you know what temperature the walk in cooler needs to be, you just have to be parasite free!

Does anyone know the name of this lab or have a phone number? I know there is a way to get the thing in one day, but you have to be prepared (which I sort of am...)
