Hovensa Oil Refinery has reported a major fire at its Container Port.
All roads leading to the refinery and container have been blocked to vehicular traffic. Motorists are advised to avoid the area.

I work across the street. Huge fireball followed by a plume of smoke several hundred feet high.
Then it started raining heavily. I'm sure my paintjob will be peeling off on the drive home.
I'm gonna call Lee Rohn, I feel a wheezing cough coming on 😀

Still lots of smoke but it isn't black smoke anymore.

It was a huge cloud.
This picture was taken from 3 miles north about 20 to 25 minutes after the fire started and shows the cloud starting to get smaller.
