Howdy,
Anybody know where you can take a pole, and just sit and fish. Also any advice on bait/tackle?
Thanks

Just past the St Croix Marina go up the hill around the bend and on your left you will see a little dock and park. Go to the Grocery store and buy a box of frozen squid. Bring a cooler, chair and sun block. Plenty of parking that you can see you car at all times. Very friendly atmosphere there. They swim the race horses there for exercise in the hot weather. A lot of families, joggers, dog walkers there.(tu)

Frederiksted pier. Also molasses pier, and the rocks at Green Cay marina. Better luck at night than during the day. For bait, frozen squid or better yet, sprat. You can get tackle at Kmart west (Kmart sunny isle doesn't have fishing supplies) or there's a sporting goods store near watergut that's pretty good. I forget the name of it.
