I heard that Marys house burned and that they were doing a fundraiser for her? She works at the Mitchel Larsen Studio.
does anyone have any info?

Mary Hayden Carr aka "GoFor" Mary. For a fee, she would do most any kind of errand for you.
She lost everything she had in this devastating fire which made the house a total loss. The house was in Estate Clairmont (On Scenic East road on St Croix). She even lost her prescription glasses in the haste to get out of the house. She was on crutches from 2 broken heels suffered in a fall recently. Her husband died not that long ago and so this fire was like "what else bad could happen".

jumbie, my hubby has known her for 15 years. really really likes her. so sad this happened.
i sure hope she had insurance.

We were told she did have insurance - $5000 deductible. So there were or are ongoing efforts to raise money to help her pay the deductible.
