Anyone know what happened to the beach volleyball games that used happen over at Hibiscus before it closed down. Did they move it somewhere else? Also are there any other pic up sports/leagues going on around STX? Thanks.

beach volleyball is now usually at Deep End (Saturdays), Rainbow (Sundays) and assorted impromptu games - there is a tournament tomorrow (2/25) at Rainbow starting at 10 (registration at 9:30)... they have a FB group: St. Croix Volleyball .... there are several other pick up options including Ultimate Frisbee (FB: SCUFA) which meets M and Th in front of UVI; the FinFolk (FB: Finfolk Caribbean Swimmers) who have weekend swims; the Triathlon crew (FB: Virgin Islands Triathlon); the Pace Runners ( http://www.virginislandspace.org/calendar2017.html); several different soccer groups and leagues as well as softball/baseball...good times!

I love watching beach volleyball at Rainbow. Sad they scheduled a tournament on same day as the Mardi Croix parade.
