Had dinner at Galanga last week. Food was very average--it really lacked depth--and was, in my opinion, a bit overpriced. Compared with other stuff on island, it's probably really unique and pretty good. But compared with good Thai joints on the mainland, it's not even close.

But, the service was awesome and the place is really beautiful. I hope they hone the food, because it could be a really great place for years to come.
