Health Insurance options for self employed?

Hi All,
I'll be relocating back to STT with my family in August. For those of you who are self employed & insured on Island, what insurance companies offer family health plans? Any guidance would be helpful.

Cigna does not cover indiv in the islands. about the only carrier is BUPA for indiv. marshall & sterling ins. on st. croix also covers st. tho,mas. let me know if you need a phone number.
