Does anyone happen to know the name of the customer service woman with dark skin and blond hair?

no, but others have complained about her. i hope this if for the opposite reason.
hubby goes there and gets frustrated-you could call the main office or next time you go there, look at her name tag

i have only been in there a handful of times. my only problem has been the wait.
hubby goes there all the time and complains a lot

Just received this back from the post office:
This is in response to your communication to the United States Postal Service.
Your allegations will be investigated thoroughly and action will be taken as necessary.
The Postal service does not condone rudeness and unprofessionalism in the work place.
