Does anyone happen to know the name of the customer service woman with dark skin and blond hair?

no, but others have complained about her. i hope this if for the opposite reason.

hubby goes there and gets frustrated-you could call the main office or next time you go there, look at her name tag

i have only been in there a handful of times. my only problem has been the wait.
hubby goes there all the time and complains a lot
