Hi all,
Have found a lot of great information browsing this site over the past months, great forum! I have sold my home stateside and will be in STJ/STT for a PMV in Sept/Oct as we decide if island-life or just a vacation home is right for us.
I'm looking for a best in class realtor to help me find the property that is the right fit, which could be land, condo, or house.
A bit about me: 30 years old, wife, 2 kids, work in commercial real estate.
Price range = $0-$1M
Please advise of any recommendations or good experiences for each island. Many thanks!
