Are there territorial income taxes? If yes, what is the tax rate? Is gambling legal, land based and online(internet)? Is gambling revenue(winnings) taxable?

No territorial income tax. You just pay federal taxes and they stay in the territory. Gambling is legal, at least on STX. There's a casino there.
